Give your hypnotherapy practice the professional shopfront it deserves without the hassle of email ping-pong, phone tag, and misunderstandings.
Your website sits at the centre of your marketing, so it’s essential that it makes the right impression first time, every time. Your prospective clients are putting a lot of trust in you, so your website must help to build that trust from the start. If it doesn’t, they will move on to the next person.
It must work, no matter what device it’s being viewed on, and it must make it easy for people to contact you.
We’ve made it super-easy to get your business online.
There are 3 packages, from simple through to fully custom designed sites.
Throughout our 3-step build process, you’ll be kept up to date on progress:

How it Works
Getting you set up is super-easy.
To ensure you know what information we need, and avoid the email ping-pong uncertainty around this can create, we use a Content Collection System (ContentSnare).
Bitesize guides will help you through every step of the process.

The geeky technical stuff
Let's explain that geeky stuff
We’ve kept the geeky stuff to a minimum. Of course, you may want to know more about the some of the technical gubbins involved, so it’s laid out for you here…
Your domain name is what will be your website address, e.g. myhypnotherapypractice.co.uk. It can also be used for email addresses, e.g. [email protected]
All our website packages include a FREE .co.uk domain name for as long as your monthly subscription is active.
What in the world is an SSL certificate and why do you need one?!
When you visit websites, you will often see a little padlock symbol displayed next to the website:
This means that any information going between you and the website is being encrypted – sounds impressive. It used to be that only certain websites, e.g. online shops, that handled sensitive information or payment card details needed an SSL certificate.
Not now, though.
Google now wants all websites to have an SSL certificate as standard. If you don’t have one, your website stands a good chance of being penalised with lower placings in their search results.
Having the padlock symbol will also give your website visitors extra confidence, building more trust in you.
All our packages include a FREE SSL certificate as standard.
If you take out a Starter website package, your site will be stored in our Marketing Toolkit network – it will not have its own individual website hosting account. This is how we can keep the cost so low for you.
If you opt for our Essentials or Premium packages, you will have your own separate website hosting account.
Email is essential for any business – no surprises there. It must be robust and reliable, and you’ll want to be able to access it no matter what device you’re using – your phone, tablet, laptop, etc.
The free email services like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc., are great, but they’re not very professional.
Having an email address that uses the same domain name as your website, e.g. [email protected], is far more professional looking that using a generic address like Gmail, Outlook, etc.
While we could offer email mailboxes as an added extra to our website hosting, it would not be cost-effective and, to be perfectly honest, you would get much better value using our recommended alternatives.
We can help get you set up on Microsoft 365 or Google G-Suite – their email services start at around just £4 per mailbox per month. We’re not affiliated in any way with Microsoft or Google – we just feel you get more bang for your buck with them.
No. If you want to organise your own website hosting, you’re more than welcome to do so.
However, many of the tools we use to build our sites require licencing for which we pay. The licences let us use these tools on your website and keep it updated automatically with security and performance releases as they become available.
If you wish to host your website elsewhere and still wish to keep your site updated with these security and performance releases, you would need to purchase your own licences.
You didn’t start your practice to then have to sit and work out what to say on your website.
We get it and we can help with that.
You’ll be given our free guide to writing website content so you can try it yourself.
If you still find it tricky or you just want to have someone else do it for you from the get-go, we’ll work with you to craft the perfect message for your ideal clients.
Everyone wants their business to be top on Google.
The process of getting a website as high as possible in search engine rankings (like Google) is called Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
All our packages include a tool for SEO.
But it’s not a magic wand.
Simply filling in the SEO boxes will not guarantee you top rankings. It’s a lot more geeky than that – sorry! We can give you more guidance or work with you to improve your rankings.
